Roles We Hire For
Find Your Fit
Licensed Electricians (309A / Master)
You'll lead electrical installations on solar PV systems, including inverter wiring, AC/DC interconnection, and system commissioning. Solar experience is a plus but not required.
Electrical Apprentices
If you're working toward your 309A licence, we offer hands-on solar construction experience and mentorship from experienced journeypeople.
Solar Installers
The backbone of our field crews. You'll install racking, place solar modules, run conduit, pull wire, and support electrical work. Physical fitness and a willingness to work outdoors in all conditions required.
Foremen / Site Supervisors
Experienced field leaders who can manage a crew of 8–15, coordinate daily activities, enforce safety protocols, and keep projects on schedule. Construction management or solar-specific experience strongly preferred.
Construction Managers / Project Managers
Oversee multiple active projects from mobilization through commissioning. Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communication. Strong organizational and leadership skills essential.
Health & Safety Coordinators
Develop and enforce site-specific safety plans, conduct inspections, lead training, and ensure compliance with OHSA and CSA standards.
