About Us

Purpose-Built for Clean Energy Construction

Our Story

The renewable energy sector needs dedicated construction capacity — and that's exactly what we deliver.

Tero Power exists because developers have projects, asset owners have capital, and what's needed is a reliable, scalable construction partner that can actually get things built.

That's what Tero Power is. We're a dedicated solar and energy storage construction company focused exclusively on commercial and industrial projects. We are the construction execution engine — the crew on the roof, the team in the field, the people who turn engineered plans into generating assets.

Our founders have built and scaled multiple businesses, and they bring an operator's mindset to an industry that needs it: disciplined project management, a commitment to safety and quality, a culture of accountability, and the capital to invest in building something great.

Our roots are in Ontario's solar repowering market, and we've expanded into new construction, rooftop solar, and battery storage.

Our Approach

Three Pillars

01

Construction Excellence

We focus on one thing and do it exceptionally well: building renewable energy projects. Our crews are trained, our processes are tight, and our project management is rigorous.

02

Partnership Model

We work alongside developers and asset owners as a transparent, collaborative construction partner. Open communication, clear timelines, and no surprises.

03

Invest in People

Great construction starts with great people. We recruit top trade talent, invest in training and safety, and create a workplace where people can build long-term careers.

Safety & Quality

Safety Is Not Negotiable

At Tero Power, safety is the foundation everything else is built on. Every crew member is trained in solar-specific safety protocols — from working at heights and electrical safety to DC arc flash awareness and lockout/tagout procedures.

Solar construction presents unique hazards that most general contractors aren't equipped for. Our people understand the difference between AC and DC electrical systems, the risks of working on energized photovoltaic arrays, and the specific fall protection requirements for rooftop and ground-mount installations.

Quality control is equally non-negotiable. We build to engineered specifications, we document every step, and we stand behind our work.
